Our Services
Stress Management
There are many ways to help people manage their stress levels. Together, you and your therapist will discover ways to cope, including things like exercise, relaxation and finding the time to balance your daily “to do” list with some much needed down time. Also, spending time with your friends at school and talking to your family at home may serve as a useful coping mechanism.
Anxiety
Anxiety can make us feel like there is a huge weight on our shoulders. We can feel irritable, angry, or annoyed. Anxiety can also give us many physical issues, like headaches, nausea, or diarrhea. Feelings of anxiety are also connected to anxiety or panic attacks.
Depression
While the signs and symptoms of depression may vary from person to person, major depression is characterized by at least a 2 week period of a persistent feeling of sadness or loss of interest in things that used to be enjoyable. This feeling can lead to different physical and behavioral symptoms such as changes in sleep, appetite, weight, concentration, self-esteem, and thoughts of death or suicide.

Initial Session
Prior to our first session you will receive an email with information about intake forms to be completed before your first visit. Completing this process before we first meet will allow more time for us to talk and to begin working together. All information is kept strictly confidential.
How It Works
We can have sessions from anywhere that you have an internet connection, video-enabled device, and a private place to talk!
I use a secure video platform called Doxy.Me. To use, you will need ONE of the following:
- A computer with a webcam
- I Phone or Android
No download or registration necessary
Once we have set an appointment, you can click below to access my online waiting room. I will be alerted when you arrive and we will begin our online session. Everything else works much like in-person therapy.
Rates & Insurance
Rates:
Some therapist can charge as much as $250 per session. However, I am providing savings due to the convenience of online sessions. Individual therapy is billed at the rate of $65-$120 per 50-60 minute session. I am happy to discuss sliding scale rates based upon needs.
Insurance:
I do not accept payment directly through health insurance plans. Confidentiality cannot be guaranteed by your therapist once information is given to insurance companies on an out-of-network basis. I do not accept responsibility for collecting payment from your insurance company and cannot guarantee that you will be reimbursed.
Payment:
I accept all major credit cards as forms of payment.
Cancellation Policy:
If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, please cancel 24 hours in advance.
